Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website (e.g., UPS, FedEx). You can click this link for real-time updates on your package's location and its estimated delivery date. If you haven't received this email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting Customer Care.
We process orders very quickly to ensure they get to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team by phone immediately. If the order has not yet been processed by our shipping department, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, we are unable to make any changes.
Currently, we ship to all 50 states in the USA and to Canada. We are working hard to expand our international shipping capabilities to bring SauceSavvy to the rest of the world. Please note that for Canadian orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. We hope to announce shipping to the UK and EU in late 2025, so please join our newsletter to stay updated!
We pack our glass bottles with extreme care, but accidents can occasionally happen during transit. If your order arrives with any damage, please do not worry. Simply take a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box and email it to our Customer Care team at along with your order number. We will immediately ship out a replacement order for you, free of charge.

Our Flavor HQ is a production facility and is not open to the public for walk-in purchases. However, we are stocked in a growing number of specialty food stores and high-end grocers across the country.
